Mats Hummels is quite confident, his former manager , Jurgen Klopp can help Liverpool out of their poor start to the season
Liverpool opened the campaign with a draw against Watford and followed that with a four-game winning streak.
But unfortunately, they have only being able to muster one win out of seven games in all competitions. They are currently seven points behind the summit.
Nevertheless, Hummels who worked with Klopp for seven years at Dortmund, has faith in the German’s abilities to lead Liverpool out of the rut it is in.
“I’m following Jurgen Klopp really closely because of the seven years we had when he coached me at Borussia Dortmund,” he told Sky Sports News.
“I was really happy when he had a good start this year, but right now it looks a little tough for him and the club.
“But he and the team will get out of this situation, it’s not too bad but it’s not as good as they wanted it to be.”
